Line of Communication

  • Serious matters are handled as follows:
    Learner/parent → Teacher → Phase Head → Deputy Head / Principal

  • No parent or staff member may bypass the hierarchy of communication, except in emergencies.

  • All communication must be handled professionally, respectfully and discreetly.

  • Regular communication with parents takes place through:

    • Parents' evenings

    • Reports

    • WhatsApp groups / emails / letters

  • The principal or administration may also communicate directly with parents where necessary.
